Shipping

We have partnered with FedEx and UPS to secure deep discounts on Priority Overnight service to get your peonies from our hands to your doorstep in the shortest amount of time possible. Each box is hand packed, and stems are secured with padding and frozen gel ice packs to keep your stems cool during transit. If you are receiving your peonies in very hot climates, we encourage pick-ups at the local FedEx or UPS station to prevent the box from getting too hot driving through town on the delivery truck. While our carriers do an amazing job most of the time, occasionally boxes are delayed. In this event we will work with the carrier reps to locate and deliver the box in a timely manner or ship a new box if the situation requires.

Payment

We require pre-payment on all orders unless otherwise stated in a contract between the Customer and Alaska Peony Cooperative. Payments can be made over the phone or by entering your payment information on the provided link through the emailed invoice. Credit card numbers will only be processed and used as dictated in our Privacy Policy. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or check if the check arrives and clears the bank within 14 days of the ship date for the order.
